Policies

RETURNS
We accept 14 day returns for any reason from the day of delivery with a full refund. The buyer will be responsible for any transportation costs and the item has to be returned in the same condition as sold.

If you request a bespoke finish/amendment on an item for sale, then our return policy will not be valid on that specific item.

DELIVERY
Please inspect the furniture/accessories upon delivery and report any damage immediately. If you cannot be present at the delivery and instruct the driver to deliver your goods to an assigned space, then the driver will be happy to do so at your own risk.

STORAGE
If you want us to store any furniture that you have bought to collect later, then our return policy will not be valid on items stored for more than three weeks from the date of purchase. Please contact us for more information.

COMMISSIONS
A prepayment of 50% of the agreed commission cost has to be paid before work can commence. Full final payment has to be paid in full before the commissioned item/items can be released. If the remaining balance is not paid and the item/items is/are not collected or any agreed courier charge to deliver the item/items to the customer has not been paid or organised after 30 days of the buyer being informed that the commissioned item/items is/are ready for collection/delivery, then we retain the right to sell, donate or dispose of the item/items unless agreed otherwise in writing. CONDITION OF OUR FURNITURE
Our furniture/accessories are antique/vintage which means that they most likely will have some signs of "wear and tear" - they are not brand new perfect. This is, in our opinion, what makes antique/vintage so charming and unique.
