Beautiful Duck Egg Blue Hand Painted Country Style Vintage Chest of Drawers on Castor Wheels

The base of this gorgeous vintage chest of drawers has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's Duck Egg Blue. Using our artisan ageing technique - we have age distressed it, adding charm and character to the piece. We left the the top unpainted, creating a beautiful contrast to the lovely duck egg blue base.

The original quite large drop handles have been given a touch of gold, which looks so lovely with the duck egg blue blue colour. It was most likely made in the 1950s and is a solid piece of furniture. It stands proud on turned legs ending in functioning castor wheels. 

It is in a good vintage condition. As with many vintage items, there are some dents, marks etc developed over the years - "imperfections" that we find adds to the charm and character. Please see photos.

As mentioned above, this characterful Country style chest of drawers would look wonderful in many areas of your home - bedroom, living room, hallway or why not use it as a basin base in your bathroom etc.
