Rustic Grey Hand Painted Antique Victorian Edwardian Country Style Console / Side Table Desk

The base of this gorgeous pine console table has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's Paris Grey, while we sanded the top, revealing a lovely light surface. Using our artisan ageing technique - it has been aged distressed, enhancing its rustic charm.

The combination of the sanded top and the grey base is just adorable, With its so typical for the period turned slender legs, it has that irresistible rustic charm and character of the Victorian / Edwardian era. It has one wide drawer with added ornate drop handles that have been given a touch of gold. The use of this table is multiple. It is both large enough to be used as a comfortable desk / dressing table and narrow enough to function as a console table in your hallway etc or if you live small, why not use it as a temporary dining table. It is light to lift.

It is in a rustic, but good antique condition. As with many rustic antique / vintage items, there are marks, dents etc. which, in our opinion, is what makes rustic antique / vintage furniture so charming and characterful. As you can see from the photos, the left leg is not straight, but it is sturdy and can have been made like that. Please see photos.
