Gorgeous Grey Hand Painted Vintage Gustavian Country Style Wash Stand / Cupboard / Bedside Table / Basin Base

This rustic cupboard has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's Paris Grey. Using our artisan ageing technique, we have aged distressed it - enhancing the pretty details of this piece.

We just love the “less is more” simplicity of the Swedish Gustavian Country style, which looks just as right in a contemporary home as in a period property. It has a spacious cupboard space behind the shaker style door, that still has the original ornate handle. The oak table top has been sanded, creating a lovely contrast to the painted wood. This piece is perfect as a chest of drawers bedside table in your bedroom or as a storage side table in your living room / hallway / dining room.

It is in a good vintage condition and as with most vintage furniture, there are some marks and dents which, in our opinion, only adds to the character and charm of the piece. It is not perfect, it is perfectly imperfect. Please see photos. We want to point out that the bottom left side has a slight bow in the wood.

As mention above, use this lovely multi-functional cabinet as a bedside table in your bedroom, as a side table / storage unit for your hallway / living room / dining room or why not use it as a charming basin base for your bathroom.
