Large Beautiful Rustic Light Grey Hand Painted Antique Victorian Country Brocante Table Swing Mirror, Storage Compartment With Lid

This really large table swing mirror is for someone that appreciates the rustic country brocante style as it has a lot of charm and character, but is not in a brand new condition - which is the reason why we love this mirror. It would be gorgeous on top of a cabinet / chest of drawers - especially if the cabinet / chest of drawers is painted in the same colour and style. 

It has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's new colour Chicago Grey, waxed and, just slightly aged distressed enhancing the beautiful French / English light grey white rustic country farmhouse style..

This rustic mirror has a beautifully shaped base with a storage unit with lid, the pillar holders of the mirror has adorable flower buds at the top. It has been taken apart and reassembled as some point of its long life making the mirror frame hang in a bit of an angle sideways. 

This old lady of a mirror has lost most of its ability to "set" the mirror in different tilt positions. We have therefor added a stopper (after the photos were taken), to help the mirror to be in an upright position without tilting too much forward.

It is in rustic but generally good antique condition (please read above). As you can see from the photos the veneer is damaged in places, especially on the left hand side on the lid. The interior of the storage area was cloth lined at some point. Most of this lining had been removed when we found it. Please take care when handling this mirror. Lift/move it from the base rather than grabbing the mirror/holders as it due to its size is quite heavy.
