Gorgeous Grey Hand Painted Gustavian Country Style Vintage Narrow Desk / Side Table With Folding Out Writing Pad

This elegant vintage multifunctional piece has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's Paris Grey and - using our artisan ageing technique - it has been aged distressed, enhancing the beautiful shape of this piece. 

If you have a smaller space or simply do not want a more traditional writing desk in your room, then this little gem could be just right for you - especially if you love the elegant "less is more" look of the Swedish Gustavian Country style. It stands proud on tapered legs and it is relatively heavy for its size. The base has two spacious drawers and a fold out writing pad, which blends in perfectly when not in use. Above is a charming section with 3 drawers flanked by two cupboard holes.  

It is in good vintage condition. As with most vintage items, there can be some marks, dents etc. which, in our opinion, is what makes vintage furniture so charming and characterful. Please see photos. 

Use it as a writing desk in your living room, hallway etc or use it as a side table / bedside table.
