Lovely Grey Hand Painted Country Farmhouse Style Vintage Console Table / Kitchen Table / Desk on Caster Wheels

The base of this vintage console table has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's Paris Grey, waxed and - using our artisan ageing technique - it has been aged distressed, enhancing the character of this piece. The table top has been sanded and waxed. 

We have been told that this table comes from a Cottage Hospital. When we found it, it had lots of marks on the table top, so we decided to sand it down and dark wax it. It has tapered legs ending in the original caster wheels. With its Country Farmhouse style, but yet sleek design, it will fit in just as well in a cottage interior, as in a modern home. 

It is in good vintage condition. As with most vintage items, there are some marks, dents etc. which, in our opinion, only adds to the charm and character of the piece. Please note that one of the caster wheels is stuck in one position - see photos. 

The use of this table is versatile - use it as a console table, that can double as a occasional dining table / kitchen table, use it as a desk or why not use it as a double basin base.
