Characterful Duck Egg Blue Hand Painted Antique / Vintage Child's Bed Frame on Castor Wheels

This French cot has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's Duck Egg Blue. We have used our artisan ageing technique to aged distressing it - adding character and charm to the piece.

With its antique / vintage charm, this child's bed frame on castor wheels will add charm and character to a child's bedroom. The base is removable. It was most likely made in the 1910s and might originally have started its long life in France. The original castor wheels are functioning.

It is in a good antique / vintage condition. As with most antique / vintage furniture, there are marks and dents from its long life that, in our opinion, only adds to the character and charm of the piece. There are marks from removed hinges on the headboard's top - maybe there was a canopy attached at some point - we do not know. Please see photos. 

As mentioned above, this bed frame will add lots of character and charm to a child's bedroom or use it for decoration / display purposes. Due to the fact that this bed frame is antique / vintage, we want to point out that it is suitable for children above the age of four.
